Service Excellence Boot Camp :: Focus

The Service Excellence Boot Camp will help you clarify where and how to improve service processes. You will learn skills to better serve both internal and external clients in a spirit of cooperation, effectiveness and caring. The power of the Boot Camp comes from its design as a tool for every member of the firm to collaborate and team for the purpose of improving service excellence. The Boot Camp will create a common language and focus around the client and operational improvement where service occurs—and deliver measurable improvement in service excellence.

The workshop focuses on accomplishing the following goals:

  • Provide a picture of what an ideal client service organization looks like.
  • Gain knowledge of the fundamentals of service excellence.
  • Develop a common language for service excellence in your organization.
  • Define the gap between your organization’s actual service and the ideal picture.
  • Determine what steps are necessary to close the gap between actual and ideal client service.
  • Identify and address service issues that emerge throughout the Boot Camp.
  • Identify other service issues for follow-up after the Boot Camp.
  • Develop plans for implementation of service excellence back at the firm.
  • Develop personal action plans.
  • Develop a service commitment plan for your organization.
