Coaching the Workplace Within :: Overview

We offer three levels of service within our 'coaching the workplace within' expertise. Each of these areas address different needs and different levels of support.

Vector coaching is for accelerated development of seasoned and experienced executives. This service frequently utilizes a co-coach approach and is the most intense of our offerings.

Leadership coaching is a critical tool used primarily for organizational change. It is a service usually accompanying our organizational consulting projects.

Integration coaching is intended for individuals who participate in one of our structured programs and who would benefit from a combination of both individual coaching and structured learning.
