Coaching the Workplace Within :: Integration Coaching

Integration Coaching is designed for the individual who is participating in one of our programs or custom solutions. It is best suited to program participants who would benefit from a combination of individual and structured learning, rather than all-embracing one-to-one coaching.

Integration coaching allows the individual to prepare for and build on the assessment, feedback and goal-setting from the program by working closely with a Knowing Point coach. It provides encouragement and expertise at a time when it may be difficult to stay focused on goals – and when an appropriate level of support may not be readily available elsewhere.

Benefits
When provided prior to the program, integration coaching can be used to establish the relationship between the coach and the individual; to help prepare for the learning experience; and even to deliver some initial assessment data and feedback before entering the program. When utilized following a program, integration coaching can help maintain the focus and momentum of the program experience after returning to work. It can also help individuals who would benefit from talking through specific issues with someone he or she knows and trusts.

Support. Our coaches provide encouragement and feedback in a confidential, risk-free setting. Participants can review their progress, discuss what is working and what isn’t and identify reasons for any setbacks.
Expertise. We can help individuals translate their program experience to practical applications that specifically relate to their own job responsibilities and organizational goals.
Accountability. We can provide strong motivation to keep participants’ developmental plans on track, challenge them to grow, help them identify priorities and follow through on the goals they set.

How it works?
Integration coaching typically consists of three to six confidential telephone sessions and is structured to last three months to a year, based on the individual’s needs. It can be designed around the program experience – before, during and after. In addition, a customized coaching process can be arranged, including the option of face-to-face sessions.
